Let's go over a few things that might help with your mic!įirst, seeing you've reinstalled your audio driver via Device Manager, we'll be free to assume that you're just using the generic Microsoft published audio driver. This could be a 3.5mm jack issue on your motherboard, but maybe also an audio driver issue or configuration issue. Could it be my pc's audio interface that could be damaged?Īlso, can an external sound card solve my problem? I've already checked few, but in all reviews i saw that all make noises and there's no clean sound. I've also tested another headset, now with usb input and worked fine in my pc. I've already reinstall my audio drivers from device manager, restored my computer to default settings and nothing seems to work. So, i've tested my headset in another computers(hp, lenovo legion and asus zenbook) and in all, the mic was well recognized. I can hear well the sound, so the speaker is fine, but micro don't work! I only found out that my pc couldn't recognize the headset mic three days ago when people telled me that could hear me the same way if the headset mic was muted or unmuted. They only have 3.5mm jack input, they do't have usb input. A month ago i've bought an headset(hyperx cloud stinger).
